If you prefer a peer group environment and are looking to establish a community where you can engage, connect, and contribute to each other's growth, then group dynamics might be more your style. As a facilitator, I guide groups towards their goals by creating an inclusive space, setting objectives and developing an agenda. During meetings, I encourage participation, manage conflicts, and foster a supportive atmosphere to achieve desired outcomes.
